Resolutions or Regrets

The end of the year is approaching fast and should be a time for reflection. Use this time to look back at the things that you have done throughout the year and ask yourself some questions. Am I where I want to be? Have I met the goals that I have set for myself? What do I want to achieve next? Looking back can be hard. Sometimes it is filled with regret and disappointment because we realize that somewhere during our busy lives we lost sight of our goals. We continue to beat ourselves up for not achieving the things that we wanted to do, and more times than not, we end up quitting. Let this New Year be different!

I have noticed over the past year that Crossfitworks has become a great community. It's a lot like family. There are fights, disagreements, sometimes tears, but underneath it all, there is an overwhelming feeling of support for each other. This New Year... I challenge everyone to set some new goals, write them down and share them within your new community. By writing down your goals you not only hold your own self accountable, but by sharing them with your community you get the support you need to achieve your goals.

I welcome the New Year and give thanks to the great community that I am a part of. Let's all have a great year!
